Tipsy Upgrade Program

Eligibility

The Tipsy Upgrade Program is available to existing customers who purchased a Tipsy M1 or M3 and wish to upgrade to the M5.

To qualify, you must provide the original order number associated with your purchase. Requests without a valid order reference may not be approved.

Upgrade Credit

Eligible customers may receive upgrade credit toward the purchase of an M5:

M1 owners: $50 upgrade credit
M3 owners: $100 upgrade credit

Upgrade credit is applied only toward the purchase of an M5 and cannot be used for other products, accessories, or cash redemption.

How the Upgrade Process Works

Submit the upgrade request form on this page.
Our team reviews your eligibility.
If approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
Ship your current IEM to the provided return address.
Once the unit is received and inspected, we will issue an upgrade invoice for the M5 with the applicable credit.

Please do not ship your device until your request has been approved and you receive shipping instructions.

Condition Requirements

Trade-in units must meet the following conditions:

The IEM must be a genuine Tipsy Audio product
The unit must be functional
Normal cosmetic wear is acceptable

Units that are severely damaged, non-functional, or incomplete may receive reduced credit or may not qualify for the upgrade program.

Shipping Support

Customers are responsible for shipping their trade-in device to the designated return address.

To help with upgrade costs, Tipsy will provide up to $15 USD in shipping credit toward the inbound shipment.

Customers must provide a shipping receipt showing the carrier and shipping cost. The shipping credit will be applied to the upgrade order after the trade-in device has been received and inspected.

Inspection and Approval

Upgrade credit will only be issued after the trade-in unit has been received and inspected.

If the unit does not meet the program requirements, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Program Limitations

Upgrade credit cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
Credit is non-transferable
One upgrade per qualifying device
Tipsy Audio reserves the right to approve or decline trade-in requests

Program Changes

Tipsy Audio reserves the right to modify or end the Upgrade Program at any time.
