Ordering Process
Step 1
Place Your Order and Contact Us
After placing your order, please email our customer service team at sales@tipsyaudio.com. Our team will send you a color template along with detailed information about headphone models, specifications, and customization options.
Step 2
Choose Your Customization Options
Select your preferred headphone color and finish, choose a custom logo engraving, and specify the headphone model. Complete the customization form and send it to our customer service team for processing.
Step 3
Ear Impressions
Visit a local hearing aid fitting center (you can find addresses via Google) to get ear impressions made. Either mail the physical impressions to us or send a 3D scan of the impressions to our customer service team.
Step 4
Production and Delivery
As each custom-fit headphone is handcrafted, the production time is approximately 20 to 30 business days from when we receive your ear impressions. We will work diligently to ensure you receive your custom headphones as soon as possible!
