1. Warranty Period & Coverage
We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers factory defects in the IEM drivers and shells only.
2. How to Claim
2.1 Contact Support

Email sales@tipsyaudio.com with “Warranty Claim – Order #____” as the subject.

Briefly describe the issue.
2.2 Provide Evidence
Please attach clear, in-focus photos or a video showing:

Each earpiece shell (front & back)

The nozzle mesh and sound port
-
The cable connector (where cable meets the shell)
-
The full cable length (to show any wear, kinks, or damage)
2.3 Ship for Inspection
• You ship the product to our test center.
• If we confirm a factory defect, we’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Exclusions

Damage from accidents, misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear & tear is not covered.

Accessories (cables, ear tips, cases) are consumable items and not covered under this warranty.
Once our engineer reviews your submission—either confirms a defect or requests shipment for further testing—we’ll promptly proceed with your chosen remedy.
